Eagles Nest B&B Accommodation Policy

•  Rates may vary depending on which discounts are available.
•  Rates shown are per night double occupancy.
•  Rate subject to change without notice
•  Rates do not include 8% MT lodging tax

Visitors:

• The Eagles’ Nest Lodge and Property is reserved guests only. Any visitors to the grounds must be approved ahead of time. All intended occupants must be disclosed to Eagles’ Nest staff before arrival. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave with no refund given per our discretion.

Children:

• Because of the location and proximity to the river, the Eagle’s Nest Bed and Breakfast is not appropriate for children. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16.

Check in / Check out:

Tobacco:

•  Check in is 3:00 – 6:00 pm. Please call if you will be after 6:00 P.M.
•  Check out is at 11:00 A.M. at the latest. Late check out will result in a $75 fee per hour.

• Eagles’ Nest is a tobacco free property and facility. There is no tobacco usage allow on the grounds or in the buildings. This includes chew tobacco, vaping or other form of smoking or consumption. No chew tobacco or smoking. Guests who violate this policy will be charged $500 cleaning fee may be asked to leave with no refund given per our discretion.
  

Smoking and Vaping Policy:

• Eagles’ Nest property and all rooms are non-smoking and vaping. We do not have a dedicated area for smoking. Please also refrain from using incense, candles, essential oils in the rooms and baths. Any violations resulting in costs associated will incur in fees charged to the registered guest in that room.

Drugs:

• We are a drug-free facility. Marijuana is not allowed on the premises for any reason. No other recreational drug (legal or illegal) is allowed on the premises.

Dining:

• Gourmet Breakfast Included. Breakfast time is 9:00 AM MST.
• Lunch and Dinner options may be available upon request. 24 hours advance notice is generally required.

Rooms:

•  All rooms have private baths, air conditioning, heaters, Wifi, Direct TV and hair dryers

Deposit:

•  Reservations require a 50% deposit by credit card.
•  Reservations are not confirmed until guest receives confirmation from Eagles’ Nest Bed and Breakfast. All efforts are made to confirm reservations within 24 hours of request. Any deposit refund will incur a 5% or $50 processing fee, whichever is greater, for all credit cards amounts previously billed.
•  Balance of payment is due upon check in.

Payment Options:

• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex credit card accepted; Cash is accepted; Checks are not accepted. A valid credit card number is required to be on file for all reservations.

Cancellation Policy:

•  Because of the high demand of the fishing and tourism season, we require guests to cancel reservations 30 days prior to arrival. There is only a processing fee if your reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. If your reservation is cancelled less than 30 days from your check-in date, your credit card will be charged for all nights booked on that reservation. No changes are allowed within 30 days of the check-in date or after check-in.
•  A 5% or $50 processing fee, whichever is greater, is charged for all cancellations regardless of time frame. Eagle’s Nest Bed and Breakfast does not offer any refunds or cancellation due to smoke, weather or closure of national parks.

Parking:

• Eagles’ Nest has parking for regular sized vehicles by the lodge. If you plan to bring more than one vehicle or an oversized vehicle, please let us know in advance. We are currently unable to accommodate trailers on site, but we may be able to help you locate local parking with advance notice.

Property Damage:

• Damage to the property, rooms, fixtures, furnishings, linens, towels, and anything else will be charged at 100% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to Eagles’ Nest property (accidental or intentional) is the responsibility of the registered guest. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. You are financially responsible for damages caused by your party.

Pet Policy:

• Our rooms are reserved for people only. We are unable to allow visiting dogs or cats, emotional support animals or any other pets. There are a number of local kennels available in the Libby area and we are happy to refer you to them. Of course, Service Animals are welcome. (Please note that is not the same thing as an Emotional Support Animal.)

Responsibility:

• Eagles’ Nest Bed and Breakfast LLC and the owners of Eagles’ Nest are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premise or using its facilities. Eagles’ Nest LLC and its owners are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables of the guests or visitors. By making the reservation, it is agreed that all guests and visitors are expressly assuming full responsibility for the risk of any harm or death from their use of the premises.

• At Eagles’ Nest Bed and Breakfast we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personally identifiable information.

Information Collection:

• Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at Eagles’ Nest Best and Breakfast. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so or are required by law. Eagles’ Nest Bed and Breakfast does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site.

Security:

• At Eagles’ Nest Bed and Breakfast, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
